- submit enhancement data via file upload (available only to Small Businesses
invited to submit Phase II Enhancements)

Phase II/Fast Track Information
- provides information for submitting Phase II and Fast Track proposals to the
Air Force (Note: Phase II proposals are submitted by invitation only)
Please login via the Small Business control panel in the column on the right.
If you are having trouble logging into the Small Business Section, please send an
email to the SBIR/STTR Help Desk,
afprogram@afsbirsttr.net. Include the name of the firm, who the POC is
and the POC's email address and a password will be sent to the POC by return
email.
When you are preparing to write your FINAL report at the end of you phase I or
II contract, be sure to check out the "Guide
for Writing Final Technical Reports" located in the Publications area
of this web site. Please note that this does NOT apply to Summary Reports as
Summary Reports are different from Final Reports. Final reports will be
submitted in accordance with the specifics spelled out in your contract. To
