This Guide explains the requirements for preparing the scientific and technical reports (TR) for publication according to AFRL standards. These guidelines are specific for the FINAL report at the end of the Small Business' Phase I or II contract.
A Summary Report is an “updated proposal abstract” that is completed by the Small Business during the middle or end of their Phase I or Phase II award contract. There are three types of Summary Reports (Phase I Final, Phase II Interim and Phase II Final) that are currently required to be completed by each Small Business awardees.
