How to Submit Topics

The purpose of the Prime Contractor Topic Idea Generation Area is to:

1. Provide Prime Contractors the opportunity to make Program Executive Offices (PEO) and other Air Force organizations aware of promising SBIR/STTR topic suggestions
2. Develop topic ideas that meet the Prime Contractor's needs in roadmaps that are aligned to Air Force/Department of Defense requirement
3. Identify topic ideas that have a high likelihood of transitioning into an Air Force/Department of Defense system or subsystem, thereby increasing commercialization outcomes

Prime Contractor Topic Idea Form Must be logged in

After submitting a topic idea, please keep the following in mind:

1. Submission of a topic idea does not mean that it will become a formal topic in an Air Force solicitation.
2. Submission of an idea by a Prime Contractor does not constitute agreement or acceptance of the idea, in whole or in part, by the Air Force.
3. The Air Force is solely responsible for selecting the Small Business awarded SBIR/STTR contracts, notwithstanding any prior understandings between Prime Contractors and Small Business before contract award.
